1.  Is my information secure?
     Yes, we use McAfee security and we only use the information for internal purposes.  We will not sell your information to anyone.  It is for shipping and payment purposes only.  Please see our privacy policy page. 
 
2.  How long will it take to ship my order?
     Because we ship internationally, times vary, but depending on the method, usually in 14 days or less upon receipt of your order. 
 
3.  How do I return a product?

4.  How long does it take to process my order?
     At milehighsaddles.com we work hard to make sure your order is processed within 3 days or less. 
 
5. Do I have to pay additional taxes when I get my product?
    Because we ship internationally, there may be an import tax to pay upon receipt of your order.  Many countries do not charge import taxes on private items, samples, and goods below a certain value.  We do not and cannot give advice on the matter of import taxes.  It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any import taxes.  Please make sure you find out the import tax regulations for your country.  We cannot give you advice or information about import taxes for your country.
 
6.  What are your guarantees?
     We choose products to sell based on their excellent designs and proven quality.  We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included.  We have a QA team that makes sure your order meets the quality you expect.  All of our products are covered by a12 month warranty for return and repair or for replacement.  Please see return policy page.  
 
7.   Do you offer shipping insurance?
       Yes, for $1.99USD you can insure your order for loss or damage during shipping.  If any missing products are reported, we will reship immediately.
 
8.  Do you have a catalog?
     We do not publish a catalog because we want to save you money.  By having every thing available to you on our website, we can offer lower prices by saving printing and shipping costs for catalogs.  If you have a specific questions, please contact us and we will work to give you a satisfactory answer as quickly as possible.  See our contact us page for the contact information.  
 
9.   How long does it take to return a product.
       If you return the product by US Postal service it will take 2 weeks.  Then we will process your return.
