We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to you are in the best condition.  Please note that you will need to pay the shipping when returning a product.  Please use the return address on the shipping label.  

Full Refund

If the product has quality problems, please notify us within 7 days from the date you received it, return the product to us in the same condition as it was received and we will send a full refund.  Please note that when you return the product, you will need to pay the shipping.  

Replacement

If the product has quality problems and we are notified within 30 days from the date you received it, we will replace the returned product.  Please send the product back to the address on the shipping label and it will be replaced with a new product and shipped back to you.  We will pay all the necessary shipping fees for the replaced product we ship to you.  Please note that when you return the product, you will need to pay the shipping.  

Repair

If a product has quality problems and we are notified within 1 year from the date you received it, we will repair it or replace it with a new product.  Please return the product to the address on the shipping label and it will be repaired or replaced with a new product and shipped back to you.  We will pay all necessary shipping fees for the repaired or replaced product we ship to you.  Please note that when you return the product, you will need to pay the shipping.

Partial Refund

We cannot give a full refund for problems such as:

     The product does not look like the ones in your picture;

     The product is not what I'd imagined it to be;

     I am not satisfied with this product. 

However, we will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.
